What should I expect for practice?

Teams can begin practicing on August 1st, up to 10 hours per week with a maximum of 2.5 hours per day. After Labor Day, practice times max out at 6 hours per week with no more than 2 hours per day. A practice week is defined as Monday through Sunday.

Days and times of practices will be determined by the team’s individual coaches.

Each player is required to have 10 hours of conditioning practice WITHOUT pads before they can practice with pads on. During this time, they can wear helmets if permitted by the coach. There will be NO CONTACT during these 10 hours. After the 10 hours of conditioning WITHOUT pads is completed, each player will be required to complete at least 10 hours of practice with pads on before they can play in a season game.

All practice guidelines are the same for cheer. (10 hours of conditioning + 10 hours of stunting required prior to first game.)
